I’ve ordered from Bull City Flavors a few times now, and the reorder feature is really, really convenient. I don’t have to dig around trying to find all the same flavors again, which saves me a good bit of time.

Everything from my last order is just sitting there, so I can look it over, pick what I need, and order again. Super simple, super smooth, and pretty much no hassle at all. That’s a big reason I keep coming back.

Checkout was simple, simple, and it had the payment options I actually wanted to use.

I’m into the flavor options, and I end up using the site mostly for recipes and little tips from other people. Some of it is genuinely helpful. Then suddenly it’s like, wait, why is half this stuff ancient or impossible to follow? The comments can be useful, but it’s definitely hit or miss. Support does answer, which I appreciate, but they’re not exactly lightning fast. So yeah, I still use it, but I wish the community felt a bit more alive...

I ordered a few flavors and, i felt better once I saw the safety docs were easy to find. That kind of thing matters to me. Shipping was fine, nothing exciting, but no problems either, and the bottles showed up packed well. No weird issues at all. I’d use them again.

I was hoping the product selection would be a bit better. A lot of the stuff I was looking for either wasn’t there or was kinda hard to find. They do have the basic things, so it’s not terrible, but it felt limited compared to what I expected. Maybe it works fine for other people, just didn’t really have the flavors I wanted, ya know?

Shipping was fine, no real issues there. I might order again, but I’d probably be a bit more selective next time, which is just common sense if the freshness can vary...

I ordered from bullcityflavors.com because, it looked like an actual shop and not one of those sketchy random sites people always warn you about. The products seemed normal, the branding was straightforward, and nothing jumped out at me as some huge red flag.
That said, I’m not saying the site is perfect. A few pages felt kind of plain, and some of the info made me pause and double-check things before I checked out. I don’t think that’s unreasonable either, because if I’m spending my money, I’m going to make sure everything looks right.

Overall, I’d say they seem authentic enough, and my experience wasn’t bad. I just think the website could do a little more to make customers feel fully confident. It’s not terrible by any means, just more average than impressive to me.

It took them maybe a little longer than I expected to get back to me, but once they did, they sorted the issue out. Overall, I’m happy it got fixed.
